The General Administration is the center of the run of day-to-day activities of the Hospital. The General Administration has 8 units under its operations. These units are classified as the support service group of the Hospital. The Units include; Registry, Procurement, Maintenance and Estate, Security, Environmental Health, Transport, Public Relations, IT, and Guest House. The Department is headed by the Administrative Manager with 30 staff strength and he reports to the General Manager of the Presbyterian Health Services, Kwahu.
