The Internal Management Committee (IMC) of the Presbyterian Hospital, Donkrokrom consist of eleven (11) members, chaired by the General Manager of the Kwahu Area Health Services. The IMC members includes the Medical Administrator, Chaplain, Primary Health Care Coordinator, Human Resource Manager, Administrative Manager, Accounts Manager, Nursing Administrator, Pharmacist Incharge, Internal Auditor and the Workers Representative who is elected by staff every three (3) years as a representative of staff on the Management to channel grievances and concerns of staff to Management and vice-versa.
With the exception of the Workers Representative, the other Nine (9) members are line Managers and each of them represents a department or a unit and has a supervisory role on that particular department.
The main functions of the Management of the Presbyterian Hospital, Donkorkrom is to meet periodically (every month) to plan, take decisions, organize, direct, control, and make decisions and aid in the implementation of policies.
